This made me think of how Network Marketing can even out
the odds for everyone. Everyone has a chance to become the
best they can be. There are no glass ceilings. Whether
you are a man or a woman if you are willing to learn, apply
the right techniques, reach your target market, and never
stop working until you help others get what they want in order
for you to get what you want… you will become a
success story.

I have seen many women in different network marketing
companies, from many different backgrounds, and many
different countries that have made more money than 99.99%
of their company's reps. In my own business, I have an
upline5th Level Director that is in the top 5 people of our
company, and is one of the first people ever to get a
$1,000,000 bonus in any Network Marketing company!

Not every company out there has Million Dollar bonuses,
but you get my point that she was able to grow a big enough
business to do this within 5 years of her starting with the
company. Of course she has made millions besides that
bonus. But, what she has done to reach those milestones is
not limited to a man or woman. It is only limited by your
passion to help others. The systems and tools that most
MLM / Network Marketing companies use - do not care what
gender you are -

The systems work if you have these three things:
1. You are a good worker,

2. You are able to be taught new things,

3. You excel in personal development enough to get
yourself out of the way long enough to help others.

4. You put what you have learned into practice.

That is it in a nut shell.

I personally think that bettering oneself is the first
step. If you take time to read books, attend seminars, and
workshops dedicated to personal development, and then apply
what you learn to help others… the world in general is not
going care if you are a "boy" or a "girl". They are going
to look at you as a leader that can get them to where they
want to go. And no where else have I found a better
vehicle, with the least amount of rep tape than MLM /
Network Marketing to do this.
