Are You Sure You're Following The Right Leader?

I belong to several Newsletter myself. I feel like nobody
knows it all so I try to get as much information from as
many different sources as I can. Then I put into practice
the best of them.

The following is one of those email Newsletters from
Daegan Smith I got this morning. I thought you might like
it.
----------------------------------------------------------
Eli

This morning when I woke up, like I do most mornings, I
turned on my trusty ipod to listen in on the wisdom of
great success leaders of the past.

It had been a while since I listened to one of my
favorites "Lead The Field" by Earl Nightingale, so I
figured it was time for a refresher course.

One of the secrets to high level success is relentless
repetition so I carry this philosophy into not only my
marketing, but my own personal development and I highly
suggest you do the same.

I find that if I get out of the habit of consistent and
continual positive reinforcement through success training
even "The King Of Never Calling A Single Lead" can get into
a bad mood.

Another important thing to pass on before I get into the
meat of today's message is the best way to get into profit
on all levels is to get rid of all debt, monetary,
physical, and mental.

The removal of mental debt is achieved by removing
negative people and negative thoughts, and the best way
I've found to remove negative thoughts is to drown them out
with positive ones.

But enough of me ranting . . .

As I was listening in to "Lead The Field"
Earn Nightingale brought up the topic of "following the
crowd" and what this leads to in life.

Most people strive to be liked, and in this pursuit
conform to those around them. In the end you end up with a
situation where everyone is trying to conform and be like
everyone else so everyone likes everyone.

This is why most lead mediocre lives.

I thought deeply on this point as I found it quit a
profound personal refresher. Here's what you might not know
. . .

What Earl was talking about in terms of
following the crowd and conforming is not just something
that applies to one area of success.

In network marketing a great many fail, but it's not
because they so much want it or deserve to, it's a little
more subtle than this.

I don't believe anyone undertakes any
endeavor to fail. We all get started because we believe in
the dream and at least for second feel it to be a possible
reality for us.

Where we tend to go wrong without even
knowing it, is in following the wrong leader.

I know that when I began my business I
followed what my sponsor told me blindly because if he
said it would work it must.

But dig a little deeper and ask "Why should I so
implicitly do what my sponsor says?"

And we're not left with much of a clear
answer besides, he or she found me so he or must be a good
sponsor. That answer and justification is not good enough.
So I ask you to dig a little deeper.

You see most network marketers fail because they conform
to what they're told without question. Only after going
through the battle and feeling the cold sting of defeat do
most stop to ask "Am I following the right path?"

I've heard all the justifications for failure that are out
there, but I don't believe you deserve to fail because THEY
said you didn't try hard enough or you didn't follow the
plan closely enough.

THEY want to put the blame on you and your efforts, when
the truth is in most cases the blame is to be places on our
desicion of which leader to follow, it's what you or I
conform to without question that is the real culprit.

It's not your sponsors fault for teaching you something
doesn't work, that's not what I mean.

It's our desicion to follow without question that is
what's truly at fault.

I'm a pragmatist.

I'm not here to tell you that one system fits all.

All I'm here to say is before you implicitly follow the
direction of anyone into spiraling failure, ask yourself
"Is this really the right path for me and why?"

I didn't do this the first go round and paid for it, don't
make the mistake I did.

Just because they say it's a duplicable
SYSTEM don't mean it's the only duplicable way. "SYSTEM"
is only a word, what you make of that word determines what
will become of your success system.

I recommend you pick up my story of success on cd for
free, not because I think it's the ONE way to be successful
at network marketing online, but because I know it's what's
worked and continues to work for me and for thousands of
others.

I don't ask you to follow it implicitly. I ask you to get
it, listen to it, and ask "Is this the right path for me?"

I think once you listen through, if you're the type of
person that understands and wants to master the art of
leverage in your business you'll find this free cd will
have several invaluable strategies to put to the test. It's
free and you can get it here:

Never conform or follow for conformities sake alone.
Listen, test, and do what fits your style, what helps you
build the future you want the WAY you want.

It's not just getting there that matters.
It's the path, it's the WAY you get there that will fuel
your fire or put it out.

To the TOP!
